Jwell stainless steel® Bath accessories and Hardware Ten-Year Limited Warranty

Applicable for Residential-grade and Commercial-grade doors in residential application.

Jida Design warrants Jwell stainless steel brand bath accessories and Hardware (collectively “Product”) purchased after April 1, 2024, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use and commercial use. Any manufacturing defect is subject to a limited warranty of Ten (10) year.

Excluded from Jwell stainless steel ten (10) year warranty coverage are plastic and rubber parts due to reasonable wear and tear. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and acid or alkaline etching of the product over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. If, upon inspection, it is determined that these items are defective due to workmanship (due to reasons not already excluded above), they are subject to warranty coverage.

Jida Design will replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Jida design inspection discloses any such manufacturing defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by improper installation, accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Jida Design with all warranty claims.

 

Jida design is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Jida design exceed the purchase price of the product.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, finish/color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased.

This is Jida design's exclusive written warranty.

 

Never use cleaners containing abrasives or harsh chemicals, any cleaning product containing chlorine bleach, ammonia, alcohol, strong alkaline solutions, metallic scouring pads or brushes. This will void the warranty.
